Integrations?

Is 3cx going to start making a serious push to integrate with more programs out there?

Such as:

-AutoTask
-MyCase / Clio
-Eaglesoft
probably 200+ other programs out there.

I think that's the one thing 3cx has really lacked on is "built in integrations" that make point and click setups easy to do.

I've lost a number of clients to these specialized pbx's that can point and click their way into integrating with software.

You can do this yourself, or hire someone like @ConceptsWeb or @VoIPTools to do this for you. You will understand that creating an integration is not just developing it, but testing and re-testing with every 3CX release, having an account with each system for testing, just to name a few of the things that users usually don't see. So 3CX can't have tons of integrations, just a few for the most used systems...

I know this. When you say this, and pit it against these other PBX providers that already have simple point and click tested ready to go solutions, we lose every-single-time. Time to up the game a bit. Hire some devs dedicated directly to this maybe.

Yeahhhh, at this point we have quite of lot of them lol from templates or proxies for more advanced integrations (NetSuite, Odoo, Monday, Activix, etc.)
