Solved Intercom BLF Custom Speeddial not working

Upgraded fromv18 to v20.
The dial code for intercom/paging is *4
When *4+extension is dialed the phone only rings and does not automatically answer like it did in v18.

Any thoughts?

I would suggest changing the dialing code to something like *8, as *4 is to dial and extension vmail directly, and you will have a conflict.

Here is the v20 default

Please change the paging dial code to *8, connect to the vmail of extensions back to *4, restart the 3cx services, and try paging again.

Solved!
Something must have been corrupted.
I re-entered *4 on the Dial Code page, saved the change, now it works.
