Hi,
I am trying to test the intercom service between an extension using the 3cx web client (249) and another one registered on a 3cx windows client (350).
I have assigned all the ecessary rights to ext. 249 (can intercom) for al groups but every time i try to intercom with 350, it acts just like a normal call: ringing, until 350 answers.
What could I be missing?
According to the Intermediate training video, this should succeed as long as the rights are there:
