Hello,
I am trying to interconnect a 3CX system with Cisco BE6000. First, I tried to setup a bridge with 3CX as mater and the Cisco as slave with no success.
I tried to create a generic sip trunk and put one of the other party extension as Main trunk. I am able to receive call from Cisco PBX but I am unable to place outbound call to Cisco PBX. 3CX outbound rule has been created. Whenever I call the other extension, I received an error message on the hard phone "Server Internal Error". In the 3CX activity log, it shows this message : Call to T:Line:10002>>0051@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060] from L:4595.1[Extn:6471] failed, cause: Cause: 503 Service Unavailable/INVITE from 192.168.0.20::5060 (192.168.0.20 is the IP of Cisco PBX).
The technician configuring the Cisco PBX told me there is no log generated when i tried to place outbound calls. I am wondering if the issue is with the 3CX or the Cisco side or where should I start to investigate.
