There may not be a direct answer for this, but I've had a handful of times where a user is placing a call on a shared parking, but it fails and disconnects the calling party. (Edit: Mean to add that: I have not been able to confirm with user if there is a transfer failure dialog on their phone, or it says it worked, then disconnects.)
I have tested this a number of times myself (calling from cell phone, parking and answering, etc.) and do not replicate the issue. For example, it just happened today to two different callers. I found nothing in the 3cx logs, so I'm just casting out to see if anyone else has run into this, or can help track it down to find out what is happening.
It could be just a momentary internet routing issue or something like that, but I'd assume that there would have been *something* in the log denoting a connection failure or such. We use a linux SBC to a 3cx hosted server. Phones involved were Fanvil X6U and Yealink T58w.
