Hello,
We are experiencing an intermittent audio issue during internal calls between two extensions.
Environment:
During internal calls, the RTP audio occasionally becomes robotic or choppy for a few seconds, while SIP signaling remains stable.
Since PBX Delivers Audio and Call Recording are disabled, we believe the RTP stream should be exchanged directly between the phones.
No output drops, input drops, packet loss, or interface errors are observed on the switch ports.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Could this be related to the Fanvil phones or their firmware versions?
Any advice would be appreciated.
