I have now have two VoIP providers. One of them is for US and the other is for international outbound calls. For international calls I am using Telnyx. Running into an issue that outbound calls are dropping. There is no dial tone at all.

What outbound rule will work with +56 or + 44

To add a note on the phone book. Listed number have +44 or +56 stored in phonebook in 3CX. So agents will dial with +Country code instead of 0011 then country code

Thanks for the article I followed it. Still when one dials +56 or +44 it gets no dial tone.

So you'll want to use the activity log (turn it up to verbose) to analyze why that is. If it's leaving 3CX and not working, you'll need to talk to your provider.

Thanks forgot about that part.

Here are the logs

I got something here:

12/30/2021 2:21:16 PM - Call to T:Line:10001>>00568204200@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060;transport=TCP] from L:79.1[Extn:0117] failed, cause: Cause: 404 Invalid number: 00568204200/INVITE from

What Outbound Call Property do I Apply

So the first message says you should be using a different Telnyx server. The second says it's an invalid number. You probably want to reach out to Telnyx support and they should be able to help you.

Quick question If on the phone book its registered a number +1 888 number and it cuts off. Where can I find out I am appending wrong?

The same activity log that you looked at earlier for diagnosing calls with Telnyx will work for Twilio.

Thank you for your assistance. I got it working. The issue was under settings, advance, and select E164 processing. Then enabling E164 and checking remove if same country fixed it. Also on Telnyx one had to make sure E164 is enabled in its end.
