Interop with local IPCortex

We have a local IPCortex PABX (Asterisk appliance) that we're replacing with a 3CX VM on Ubuntu. Suggestions sought as to a trunking config that would allow us to migrate extensions piecemeal. Thanks!
 
Hi @peeebeee and welcome to the forum

Before you go ahead, I should point out the OS you picked is not a supported or tested host. We only support Debian https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/

I would very highly recommend you use our own Debian ISO which comes preconfigured for 3CX deployments https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

If you already have a Debian 9 VM and would like to use it, you can also install 3CX manually https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

Keep in mind that we recommend no additional software be deployed on your machine, it has to be dedicated to 3CX.
 
Searching the forums or doing a Google search for 3CX and Asterisk will get you most of the way there. THere is also this article:
