Solved iOS 10 & 3CX

Hello!
Will 3CX for iPhone support the new VoIP feature on iOS 10 that allow answer a call on the lock screen like WhatsApp do?

Hello!

I'm very happy to know that we have the CallKit on 3CX!

I just noticed that it has a little bug about put the call on hold using the CallKit.

When you press the mute button until it put the call on hold, it shows that the call is on hold but you can still talking.
The button does nothing.

BTW...
It always happened with the old app and same on the new...

When I'm connected to the internal network the app shows "On Hook" and the "Available" message instantaneously.
But when I'm out, the "On Hook" shows instantaneously but the "Available" does this:

Connecting ----> Timeout ----> Connecting ----> Timeout ----> Connecting ----> Available (Time: 12 seconds)

Is there any way to make this instantaneously?

Hi All,

I am experiencing the same problem as Bruno on iOS 10 w/3CX 15 (Windows), all latest updated installed as of today (Both client and server).

Inside the subnet where the 3CX Server is everything works fine, 3CX Client launches and shows "On Hook" and "Available immediately"

When I am connected over 4G and launch 3CX Client on my iPhone I get the

Connecting ----> Timeout ----> Connecting ----> Timeout ----> Connecting ----> Available

This also means that the Callkit integration is not working over 4G - I get a notification about an incoming call but when I choose to answer it it stops on connecting and does not pick up the call.

If I have 3CX Client running on screen on the iPhone it works fine over 4G.

I really need Callkit working for staff outside the building so any suggestions would be great.
