Is anybody aware of any issues with the 3CX app on IOS 14?

Should we be advising clients to not update?

Do you have any infomation as to what these compatability issues are?

First of all, there is the iOS 14 home bar covering a bit the app's tab bar, which makes the tabs tapping difficult - this one it's fixed.

Second one is that the Schedule Conference view is appearing blank (ie, no fields), seems due to a change in the iOS' datetime control used there - here the fix is a bit tricky, but there is a workaround which can be done by the user: the view is appearing blank only first time, therefore go back to Conferences, then again to Schedule Conference and the view is OK this time.

Third is that the "+" button on Accounts does not open the camera to scan QR code; workaround: use straight the "Scan QR code" in the main menu.

Regarding functionality, we didn't find iOS14-related issues. They modified the CallKit interface for when device is unlocked, it looks like a notification with Answer/Decline buttons, which is somehow visually confusing when client is in the foreground, but functionally there is no problem. Anyway, we'll address this aspect in the next (not this one) release.

updating to 16.1.4.56 does not fix the problem
the failure occurs when the 3CX contacts end and the device contacts start. there is no problem in IOS 13.

I just tested the latest TestFlight build (16.1.5.26) and experienced the same issue.

@Vali_3CX , how about this? the problem exists on 16.1.5.43. because of it, my users don't upgrade to IOS14.

Yes it is fixed in the latest beta.

One thing: the status changer, when it opens, it is all in bold text and sometimes not. Might be iOS but just wanted to tell you.
