iOS app: always uses speaker

Hi,

I've got an iPhone here that uses "loudspeaker" on each call, even if I always reset it to "iPhone". Any ideas what is happening here?

Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Touch (Yeah, I know) -> Call Audio Routing.

Put it back in Automatic.
