H264 intercom support and extended contacts search functionality.

The latest release of our iOS application is available to TestFlight members. No longer blocked by licensing rules, we’ve now added H264 support for your SIP and doorbell phones! We’ve also extended search functionality. When contacting your customers via the...

All I want is support for the CallKit to show the Caller name from the CRM when found, like the DesktopApp.

And not just during the call but before even answering it.

Lookup in CRM takes time, so there will be a delay between when the caller starts to call and sending push to callee.
So if we will do this there, there will be a huge delay and calls/chats will be delayed + if they will turn on CRM sync in 3CX phonebook - they will not have this problem

The API requests take less than 3sec most of the time. Not sure it's that much of a delay. We've been requested this a dozen times already because people need to know the caller name BEFORE they answer.

As for the phonebook option, that only works from the second call, not the first.

H.264 support is great news for integration with video intercoms.

Hopefully will be added to the Android client too.

Thanks!

Hi,
This is great news. I have been joggling with the 3CX client and a Bria client. Now I can unify everything.
I have tried out the Android client and it is working correctly. However the iOS client gives be a blank remote screen from the intercom (Grandstream GDS3710). Is there a way to to debug this, as I can't find where to look at the logs on the iOS client? I've found the option to send the logs under Settings, but the app doesn't recognize the default mail client (Outlook) and ask to set up email first.

Yeah it'd be nice if it supported other mail clients lol the iOS Mail app is the worst

Apple didn't improve their dedicated API in terms of different default email client, despite many complaints since this feat has been added in iOS 14.
