i cannot login to the 3cx server its showing ip blacklisted , am trrying from Local LAN,. linux machine , i have root access . what is the solution

Create a hotspot using smartphone, and access this way, investigate why blacklisted, then unblock

Do you see the blacklist coming up from the first attempt when you try to login ?

Local ips should always be ok to login.

EDIT: try also the local ip of your server and not the fqdn. If you didnt configure split dns correctly.

Hello,

You need to change your WAN iP address, in any way you can to access the server again.
Take the bike/car and drive to the next free wifi place, of library, or the smartphone of somebody that is on 4G/5G, go to one of your customers, get on their network... anything, to get another WAN IP.
Once connected, clear your BlackList, and it's done.

If your 'new' IP is blacklisted again after one trial, check if you have a SIP account setup on your device (laptop/PC), that has some wrong credentials and get you on the blacklist again.

The question, is there a way to bypass the IP blacklist..... NO

@MAGTEL SYSTEMS since you are blacklisted from the 1st attempt, it seems you have enabled Console Restrictions.

The login (if correct), should work with no admin button if the Console Restriction is on.
If the 'Owner' account details are incorrect, then recover by email.
