IP Blacklist Should Be Under Security in The Settings Menu

It's confusing to have 3 locations to get to certain settings. IP Blacklist is only available from the dashboard, and not under settings and Security as you would think.

All of the settings should have a shortcut from the Settings Menu.

I had an issue earlier today in which I needed to remove some IPs from the blacklist. It took me 20 minutes to find that it was located under the dashboard and not the security settings

of course it should be located under security settings....
