Hi,

I setup a new Startup Pro account, ordered a phone with SBC support.

Yesterday I added this phone to my account (Yealink T53W).

After adding the phone my IP got blacklisted and I cannot log into my account anymore. What should I do to solve this?

It has been over 24 hours I think, I still cannot login.

Kind regards,
Michael

Hi,

No, I did not. I just added a phone form the 3cx account page. I selected the right phone and proceeded.
I will install the firmware now.

Will I get automatically be de-blacklisted when the firmware is up to date?

Kind regards,
Michael
Hi Michael,

Did you install the correct firmware before provisioning the phone as per our guide?
https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t5-series/

If not then the phone will automatically get blacklisted.

I did the firmware upgrade and I can login again. Thx

I have a similar issue with the exact same phone. I tried to update the firmware but my phone won't accept "admin" as the username and password to do so. Did you use a different default password to get into the phone, or did "admin" work on yours?

If you tried to provision it 3CX will set a new password which is visible on the phone page in 3CX. Try resetting it while blocked from Internet access.

Alternatively I think it’s case sensitive.
