IP blocked

I don't have the patience anymore... My hosted by 3cx installation sometime works, sometime not. Today i cannot connect from my home (IP: 78.88.80.12, or company IP: 83.8.229.229)
1. Is there any firewall which blocks IPs as it wants?
2. Can I connect to hosted by 3cx soft by ssh (how?)

3CX does not offer SSH access to their hosted servers. Why you cannot connect from your home or office is a question 3CX Support will need to answer. I could see a case where a phone failed to register and was blacklisted, but you did not really define what you mean by "cannot connect". Are you talking about connecting to the console, or connecting with a phone, or web client?

If you cannot get to the login screen, then it is time to contact 3CX Hosting Support. I could see if you had 3 unsuccessful login attempts that 3CX would block further attempts, but even then you should be able to reach the login page.
