Solved Iphone 11, IOS can not scan QR, notifica No Answer form server

Hi all,

I have a few iPhone IOS (11, XsMAx) devices that cannot register when scanning the QR code, the message "No Answer form server" or screen interruption after scanning. Can someone help me why?

My phone is IP Phone 7 plus and still registered successfully

Please give us some more info so we can better understand the conditions:

1. Where was the QR scanned from? (Welcome Email / Webclient / Management console)
2. If not from the Welcome Email, how were you logged into the Webclient or MC? (direct IP or FQDN)
3. What internet connection were the devices using? (Same LAN as PBX or remote WiFi/LTE?)
4. If you scan the same QR using the iPhone Camera app, does the link that appears on your screen show an IP address or your FQDN?
5. Does your PBX have more than one network interface? (the provisioning tab networks drop down list would normally show 1 LAN IP and your fqdn ONLY)

OH, because my network not allow all vlan. After allow all vlan for devices, it work good
