Iphone TLS connection

Hello,

I try to push certificate to my Iphones for established TLS connection between the 3CX Iphone soft and 3CX server.

I installed the certificate in the Iphone profile but the Client refuses to established the connection.

Do you have a method ?

Hello klm,

Please rename the Certificate extension to .3cxcert
Attach the Certificate to the email and send it to the the Phone.
You will be able to open the certificate with 3CX Phone Client.
Let me know if that works for you.

I try but same issue, i open the cert : sip.3cxcert with my iphone and copy it to 3CX client.

Status of SIP software : Not Registred.

My advice is to wait for the next-next release (I mean, not the one we already submitted to Apple and expecting to be released today or tomorrow). We found meantime some issues related to iOS 10 so that release will contain these fixes. We will announce it anyway.

I downloaded the certificate on my iphone and change the name : cert.3cxcert

Can you help me ?
