Is Fanvil X3S is not supported by 3CX

We bought ne Fanvil X3S IP phone and it works fine with the system but 3CX Phone system console it shows not supported. Anyone knows why

You are getting that message because you are not running the supported firmware which is 2.0.2.2697

Do we need to use the exact same Firmware. I have upgraded the firmware but still shows the same

Yes you need to use the supported firmware shown in the updates section of the management console or else you will get that message
