Is it possible to cut new ip detection time by 3CX FQDN?

Hi all,

We are using dynamic IP with 3CX provided FQDN, so when ip changes it takes too long time while 3CX servers will detect new IP address. Is there any way to reduce this time?

Please note that the TTL for the FQDN on Standard and PRO licences is 6 hours. The TTL for Enterprise licences however is 5 minutes as it is designed for failover. You could upgrade your licence to Enterprise to have the TTL of the FQDN reduced to 5 minutes.
