Solved Is there any changes of NFR Standard license?

Hi All,

Happy New Year!

I have upgraded V16 to V18 with our NFR Standard license. After the upgrade, Digital Receptionists, Ring groups and Call Queues was gone. Is there a change of NFR license based on features?

Hi @RonnieD,

Do you mean you upgraded from v16 STD to v18 STD and you're not seeing the things mentioned above? Your NFR STD shouldn't have changed between v16 and v18, however you shouldn't have seen call queues in any case as it's a PRO feature.

Yes, that is correct. Until now I am trying to figure out if I done wrong with the upgrade that the Digital Receptionists & Ring group was gone but I did follow procedures on upgrading. Yes that is correct Call queues if for PRO features.

I hope somebody could enlighten me on this.

Could be that you're not adminadmin, but rather using an extension with admin rights? Those have changed in v18 and the options are different now.

Found it used the adminadmin instead of my extension. That explains. Again, @ConceptsWeb big thanks.
