This call is blocked from the PBX as it is unrecognized.
 
I have also alot of this and i dont have a grandstream or the extension 100:

Those are unsuccessful attempts that are blocked from the PBX.

It would be nice to show more clearly that it was blocked. Just the code 30051 (i have to check your page for that) said something like that.
 
Currently you see the warning however those are also added in the global blacklist.

Good to know! So do I have to edit the backlist or do these get added automatically as you mention?
 
@SOTASOTA this is added automatically and managed from 3CX.
