Issue upgrading phones firmware

I have 2 different instances of 3cx, hosted on AWS, and today I encountered the following issue on both
On the phones tab it shows several phones with outdated firmware.
When I try to upgrade them, I get the error:

Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator



I have the same behavior in the other instance as well
Any ideas?
