Hi,
I have unregistered one of the trunks that had been used by one of our test server(xxx.companyname.uk) and registered it with another test server(yyy.companyname.uk).
I tried making calls from our production server to the test server(yyy.companyname.uk)
Production server is an On-premise install(windows) whereas the test server is a cloud install(debian).
When I tried making calls from an extension in Production server to an extension in test server,
calls were going fine to the windows client but the Deskphone(cisco SPA504) isnt ringing.
Also, when I unregister the windows client and only keep the Deskphone registered, the calls doesn't go through.
When I check the Activity log of the originating server, it shows the error,
"xx.xxx.x.xxx(Ip of trunk provider) replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:xx.xxx.x.xxx(Ip of trunk provider)
When I check the Activity Log of the receiving server, it shows
"Cause: 406 Not Acceptable/INVITE from xxx.xxx.xx.x(our public IP)"
Can someone let me what could be causing these issues?
Thank you.
