Issue with Expired Update Preventing Upgrade to Latest 3CX Version 18.0.9.20

Hello, I am on the second-to-last version of 3CX 10.0.9.20, and I can't upgrade to the latest one because my update has expired. The expiration date was supposed to be August 15th. Could you please explain what I should do?

SSH, run "apt update && apt upgrade -y" and it should update it (as long as you have installed using a marketplace image or the ISO.)

Access to system updates is only available for valid subscriptions.
If the license has expired, you will need to first renew or upgrade to have access to updates. Refer to our FAQ for details.

If the license has expired, the system will not have access to updates. Refer to our FAQ for details on which services will be affected.

Indeed, that's the principle of a subscription-based license.
Moreover, @Natassia Allery did issue a warning back in May, and now it's August.
The system must have been downgraded to the FREE tier, which allows for 2 simultaneous calls.

The next step is to read the FAQ mentioned by Irina ( @IrinaP_3CX ) .
Then,
renew the license.
Next,
read and follow the instructions in the checklist:
3CX V20 Upgrade Checklist FAQ
After that,
check if your 3CX has detected the license renewal (I don't think it will since it's not on version 18.9A / Build 18.0.9.31).
If it doesn't detect the license renewal:
Backup the 3CX system.
Export the backup.
Uninstall 3CX V18.
Install 3CX V20.
Restore the backup.


Recommendation:
The 3CX blog is just as important as text messages from your spouse because in both cases, not reading them... can lead to trouble.
