V18 Update 9A includes latest iOS & Android and License Certificates.
Whilst we recommend that all users upgrade to V20 as soon as possible, we appreciate that some users need to schedule time to do so. If you can not upgrade to V20 in the coming months, then you will need to upgrade to update 9A.
Update 9A will
- Extend Android PUSH support until end of 2024
- Extend iOS Push support until 25 April 2025
- Renew the license certificate so that you can keep activating your server on V18 until 28th February 2025
V18 Update Deadlines
- We will not publish any further Debian 10 Security updates beyond July 2024. Ensure you are behind a firewall and monitor your instance.
- Android PUSH will stop working at the end of 2024.
- Apple PUSH will stop working April 2025.
- We do not envisage any further updates to V18.
V20 Migration Deadlines
- Hosted by 3CX - deadline extended to 1st September 2024.
- NFRs - deadline extended to 1st July 2024. The purpose of your Partner NFR key is to test, demo and use 3CX internally on the latest version!
- Free 4SC Licenses - upgrade to V20 and register before 27th June 2024. Follow these steps to do so.

Upgrading to V18, Update 9A
Upgrade your V18 installation by clicking on the latest update in your Management Console: "New V18.0 Update 9A”. All V18 marketplace instances and download links will automatically be Update 9A.
