Issue with manual trigger and iOS device

Hi,

My site is https://whitepressure.com/ and I've installed the script by using WP plugin. Everything works perfect, except-

1. The chatbot icon looks disabled sometimes on the iPhone, it is okay on android device and the iPhone issue happens sometimes.
2. Is there any way to trigger of the ChatBox by clicking another button? If you see my mobile menu there is a button on the Hamburger menu called live chat. I want to open the Chatbox after clicking on this button too. Is it possible to do?

So if you are on iOS but using Chrome browser, does it work?

So you tried with Chrome on mobile device or it was a Safari browser?
This can be mobile app OS browser app in specific.
