Hello,

I am currently testing the 3CX v20 on Debian. I have a Synology server with its own reverse proxy. We already use applications that require redirection on port 443.

I have successfully added the 3CX FQDN to the reverse proxy, and it was necessary to create a Let's Encrypt certificate. Everything seems to be working properly, and the dashboard shows everything in green. We have also been able to automatically configure the phones without any trouble.

All ports are correct, except for the detection of SIP ALG, where it is indicated "detected" (received 47b8d824 ≠ 6aec2003). As for the Meet URL, the page goes into a loop and does not work, with an error message: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Is there anyone else using 3CX with a Synology server or who might have a lead on how to solve this problem?

Thank you for your help!

3CX doesn't support reverse proxies. That's why it's causing issues.

You should not use a proxy with 3CX.

can you confirm 3cx dows not work behind a reverse proxy?

It work, with a lot of configuration and isnt supported.

Thanks for the info, Nicholas.

It's great to know that it can't be done. Achieving non-functionality under a proxy is quite an accomplishment!xD
