Hi
I am using a free hosted version of 3CX (for 9 users), my intention is to assign some physical IP phones for some users (Yealink T54W).
However after adding the router phone I am getting a few errors:
The first is that if I navigate back to the Users tab after adding the phone the system shows a message that says:
"Internal Server Error Occurred, please contact administrator"
and I am not able to setup any other.
I was able once to add the phone and the phone seemed to get the configuration but the account registration status says: "Pending", so I am not certain what those two issues might be.
I have read about updating the firmware, but when updating the downloading the new one either from 3cx or from yealink official 3cx page, it fails, it says the firmware is invalid (I have double checked the model)

Not sure if I will have to delete the account and start over or are there any solutions to both. But if the phone can't be registered, is a deal breaker for me.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
Thanks for the reply guys
The phone is running the firmware 96.86.0.18
I have tried downloading from this site https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/

But the upgrade fails.
Will try with the suggestion from bitn2.
Thanks

ok, looks the firmware was updated

But still when the phone is added and I navigate to the users tab I got the following:

Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator

And I can't modify any setting or add a new one.

Any hints on why could it be happening and how to fix?

Appreciate any advise.Thanks.

Just for your reference the phone seems to be connected (second screenshot)

Thanks again for any input.
