Issues in Wordpress - icon is still grey

Hi,

I need your help badly. 3CS will solve all my needs.

1.I have configured live chat as recommended and installed plugin wordpress. Set to active.

2. Added the 3CX Talk Url link to wordpress plugin [double checked many times]. Enabled plugln in settings.

Is it correct that the url ends with
".. /webclient"?

3. I am available as agent in 3CS panel, I am the only user.

4. My system seems to have been configured in accordance with the instructions. I have added domain as this (tried every possible way): https://www.mydomain.com

5. I have valid SSL for.my domain.

Still I can not connect, I see a transparent icon on my right on the site.

Is there anything in wordpress stopping?

Please help to find the solution.

Hit F12, visit the webpage, what errors are displayed in the browser console?

In your 3CX Configuration you will enter your website



In the wordpress configuration you will enter the URL that is provided in the Voice & Chat page:



Your URL should NOT contain /webclient

Many thanks for your kind guidness. I have changed the URL, same result. I have tried the link you have guidet med to use and it opens a chat box in a browser. However the chat icon om my site is not responding, even after the correct url in plugin.

It is solved by removing www. before domain.

In the Admin>Voice&Chat, I made sure to create a new(Add Live Chat) link that goes like: https://xxxx.3cx.cloud/LiveChatxxxxxx
"Your website" is set correctly in the form of htts://mydomain.com
The icon is still "grayed" out on the website.
Any tips?
