For a phone company why is it impossible to get your number to call? Even a working email address would be acceptable.
I tried to get setup for the 3CX Partner application program as we currently have two customers using 3CX and need to be able to support them. When I filled out the forum online it sent me an email to activate my account, but it gave an error:

That email does not not work and responds with the message

That form requires me to have a partner number, that I don't have because the account did not get created correctly, so I cant even submit a case to get this sorted. If I did not already have pre-existing customers with your software, I would walk away at this point and use anything else.
