I was attempting to upgrade to version 16 so we can use the iPhone apps for your system. I made a backup and copied the backups onto the desktop out of the backups folder. I went to uninstall the 3cx program and it got stuck for almost an hour on 'removing backups'. So i restarted the computer. Now the uninstall programs says that there was an error, and will not let me uninstall it. I deleted all of the 3cx folders. But when i try and install 3cx v16 it says there is already a 3cx installed and I need to uninstall it first. Can anyone point me to exactly where the program should be stored so i can go manually remove the files/programs so I can get V16 installed?
