one of the providers i've been using all a sudden doesn't work properly through the 3cx. no upgrades have been done, no system changes have been completed recently. the provider is VArphonex. this is the issue; incoming calls connect through the 3cx to DR to extension just fine but after 20 or so seconds the call is disconnected. this is the message when it happens.

nHangUp [CM104001] Call(7): Ln:10000@VAR hung up call; cause: unknown
outbound calls are no problem. they complete and stay up.
the service provider works properly both ways when configured with a softphone.
this is a call log of a failure.
