Solved IVR (MakeCall) busy

Hello.

When I call from phonebook in the webclient (ver.15.5) my phone calls me, but don't call client number. I understand that I need to change some settings but don't know which.

Can you provide a bit more of a detailed explanation of the problem. I'm not really clear as to what the issue is.

Do you have an unsupported device connected to the web client which results in "Make Call"?
If so are you calling numbers with "+"?

Thanks for all. Problem solved. The bug was with wrong outgoing calls plan.
