We have a client using the Jabra Evolve 65 headset, and on 3CX it seems to pickup a lot of background noise. Especially (what I suspect is) Ceiling Fan noise, and also keystroke are very loud.
The odd thing is, it is only in the 3CX webclient.
When the same person uses teams, it is very clear.
The headset in configured using the Jabra Direct Software and the headset integration.We also tested setting the integration to none, and just setting the Speaker and Microphone setting manually and it was the same.
Has anyone else experienced this? and possibly have a solution?
