Jabra PRO 930 Base not ringing since v12 upgrade

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows how to get the headset base ringing on v12???

A customer of ours says it worked fine on v11 but since the v12 upgrade it doesnt ring. I cant find any details on why and how to fix this. Jabra have done the usual and said "not supported"
