Japanese names are not displayed when you download the recording file, we get the following.

Example file name:% 83e% 83X% 83g
Japanese: テスト

Will it possible to correspond to the Japanese?

You probably need set the unicode in windows to Japanese. This can be found in the control panel under region and language then in the administrative tab. Bottom option for Unicode.
