Just enabled SMS messaging

I just enabled SMS messaging via Telnyx & 3CX and it works well. Some suggestions (and I'll cross-post in feature requests too):

1) Auto-append the "+1" on outgoing texts, if applicable
2) Allow incoming texts to be routed to all agents in a queue, then once an agent claims the text, continue the thread logic as currently handled

Otherwise it appears to be a super handy, useful feature! Thanks.
