keeping 3CX phone at front on desktop

Hi,
I have been asked by a customer if there is any way of keeping the 3CX phone always in front of all other open programs (e.g. excel etc) on her desktop. She says she has used a softphone previously which did this.

Does she not want it to only take focus when ringing or in use? as in preferences I do not see any option to always stay at forefront of screen.
