KPN SIP Trunks problems while calling

Hi, i've set up a KPN SIP trunk. It works fine and everything but the calls disconnects everytime, sometimes after three minutes and sometimes after fifteen minutes it's completely random with how long we can be in a call. Is there anybody here with the same problem and if yes how did you resolve it?

With unsupported providers, this could be due to any reason.

You can start by ensuring your PBX has all ports forwarded correctly:

But if this doesn't solve the issue for you, then try a provider from our supported list: https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/nederland/

We have tested the providers in this list and can confirm that they work correctly with no dropped calls.
