I can provision the phone - all values are set except language and localizing.

I followed this guide:
http://www.3cx.com/blog/ip-phone-configuration/cisco-display-language/

Firmware is the newest 7.5.6a and I've also tested with 7.5.5.
Language has been set to Danish at the extension page.

Language file is from SPA30x_SPA50x_SPA51x_SPA525G_7.5.6_Dicts.zip:

spa50x_30x_dk_v756.xml

and copied to:

C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\XXXXXXXXXX\firmware\cisco

The log indicates no error.
What am I missing?

Hi there,
Please perform firmware upgrade (downgrade in your case) from 3CX console / Phones page, you will be prompted with firmware 7.5.5 which is the latest supported by 3CX. Note that this will also upload automatically the language pack along with firmware, so you don't need to do anything with zip files manually.
Then, just switch language from the extension / phone provisioning tab.
Reprovision extension, restart phone.

Let me know if this solved your issue.

Thanks for getting back this quick.
However, the Upgrade Firmware option is greyed out. Both with 7.5.5 or 7.5.6a firmware on the phone.

This option is available only if you have a valid maintenance contract, and if your extension is provisionned.

I'm running the SAOY-3LMW-U3OT-GLJV trial license.
Shouldn't it provide the option to check out provisioning?

Hi there,
Then it's normal, with demo key you don't have a maintenance contract, so you can't do firmware upgrade, service pack upgrade, etc..

Oh, that explains. Too bad.
