Latest windows phone version

Can anyone advise the latest version of the windows phone app? I have 16.0.1.81

16.0.1.81 is the latest download off of the 3CX website.

Be aware that development of this product is being replaced by the web client, so I would look at migrating to this as soon as possible.

Nick recently posted contrary to your assertion that the windows app is being deprecated - he indicated that development of the windows phone application would continue - in fact, that update 5 will bring improved performance - and I would hope, that as a result 3cx would be willing to fix a couple of bugs with the client - which IMHO is one of the BEST things about 3cx!

Oh you mean the 3cx Windows Softphone... I do not think there is a Windows Phone App - especially since they were abandoned in 2015.

v16.3.0.111 is the latest Windows Softphone version with update 5 - 16.0.5.611

I dont think this is a good idea. Web client isnt convenient and just doesn't work well.

Not only is this not a good idea, it's not an idea. Nick Galea has made it clear that the windows client is not being deprecated

The direction is not either one or the other. The investment is done in both fields. As you will see also apart from Web Client and Windows App, we've introduced the Chrome Extension to try and bridge the gap of the two.

Our products are a work in progress and we do our best to improve them based on your precious feedback.

This is exactly what I said. We do not focus on one of our products (Windows or Web Client).
The next sentence is "The investment is done in both fields."

So based on the above, I am making clear that Windows Client will not be deprecated.

Thanks we had seen https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...ith-hubspot-crm-integration.68374/post-298180 from October which says it would not have any new features. Perhaps that post can be edited/corrected?

The new update is out now, as soon as you download it from your management console > Updates then all your users should receive the notification to update it upon relaunch.
