Lets Encrypt Certbot Certificate Renewal

I have Customer PBX instance in AWS EC2 using a 3CX subdomain example.3cx.com twice now it has taken several months for someone to renew the certificate VIA certbot renew. Can someone @3cx please renew the certificate. Last renewal took almost months and now its 1 weeks overdue again and I cant login to manage the PBX because of HSTS. This is a 3 year old EC2 instance and never had a problem until the last two Certbot renewal. My own AWS EC2 instance has been auto renewed with no issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance!

So I'd start by providing more information per this thread:

That being said, it would seem it's something specific to that instance otherwise we'd see a lot more complaints here, and as you said, your own instance doesn't have any issues. If everything is current (v16 and Debian 9) then it's probably worth generating Support Info and sending that to 3CX.

I think the CERT is just not being imported not that its not renewed.
