Let's Encrypt in 3CX FQDN is not automatically renewing

Hi,

My PABX is running Free Version in a FQDN hosted at 3cx: company.3cx.com
But since 04/30/2020 Let's Encrypt is out-of-date and didn´t automatically renewing the certtificade

Any Ideas what happening ?
