Solved LetsEncrypt certificate on 3CX domain expired and not renewing

Hi,

we are using the same instance of 3CX at a site for over 4 years.
Since december 2018 the certificate in not beeing renewed.

3CX is updated to last version, FQDN is on 3cx domain, external IP is resolved corectly.
Its running on Windows host, fully updated.
Maintanence is valid and the host can resolve activation.3cx.com and letsencrypt.com.
We changed DNS server to 8.8.8.8

What can we do?
