Licence Problem

I was facing some problem with installation. so i installed many times on virtual machines. after a while this message showed up.

This license key XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX has been activated on multiple hosts in the past. You cannot activate 3CX on this machine with this key.
To activate this key, either install it on one of the hosts you used in the past or contact 3CX Sales Team to reset your activation history.

Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

You should contact 3CX support about that.

Sounds like the key has been used too many times.

Only they can help.

To activate this key, either install it on one of the hosts you used in the past or contact 3CX Sales Team to reset your activation history.

As the message says you need to contact the sales team, not the support team. Contact information for the various offices are listed here:

You can also work with a partner to help.

In the future make sure you set a static MAC address and use the same one going forward to avoid running into this problem again. It's covered in the Hyper-V guide but applies to all environments.
