License activation failed

Hi,

When i tried to activate my 3CX on a new server, i received the below error message:

License Activation failed. The maximum number of MAC address activations had been reached.

Yet, my original server with 3CX was out of order and need replacement.
Would there be anyone able to assist for this case?

There is a max amount of MAC addresses that can be associated with each license key. You will need to contact your sales rep or the 3cx office or channel manager for whatever country you are located in.
