License has expired even thought I paid?

My 3CX Phone System Standard Edition license has expired even though I paid for it about two weeks ago.

Does this mean I'll have for the product again plus maintenance?

Normally you should reactivate your license.
For maintenance -- renewal is optional for V.14 and before, for V.15 you probably will have to, unless you are not using your own FQDN and SSL certificate.
