So our tests have gone really well so far and we will want to deploy several 3CX systems to our clients in the next few months.
However we are finding the pricing slightly confusing....
'PRO' is free for 40 days and then after that the 'Standard' is free for a year with 16 simultaneous calls and unlimited extensions. This includes FQDN and Lets Encrypt certificate and security updates and the smartphone app.
At renewal after a year we will want for one client 8 simultaneous calls on Standard including FQDN and Lets Encrypt certificate. upgrades and security updates and the smartphone app.
Other clients will want 8 simultaneous calls on PRO including FQDN and Lets Encrypt certificate and upgrades, security updates and the smartphone app.
My understanding is that these are Annual Pricing of FREE and £276 [UK pounds] respectively and that no additional maintenance cost is needed.
But I see that 'Maintenance is applicable on Perpetual licences only and entitles you to one year of free updates, tested phone firmwares, security updates and the smartphone apps (which are licensed by year only and require valid maintenance). It also includes new versions (eg 15 to 16).'
So what will the cost be and if Perpetual Pricing is used instead what are the costs for 8 simultaneous calls?
