Hello. Our company owns standard perpetual license for 64 simultaneous calls. I want to trade it for annual license, but I also want to decrease number of calls to 32 and upgrade to "pro" (because V16 standard lacks features which we currently use in 15.5 - queues and call recording). What should I do to minimize unnecessary charges?

Speak with 3CX because I think your license is supposed to be upgraded automatically but I am not sure since it's a perpetual license.

The course of action: ask your reseller!

You can trade in your perpetual key now which will give you a Annual Perpetual key 64 SC for a a year.
Then upgrade to V16 which will cause your key to be upgraded to PRO. Since the key has been converted to Annual you have a free year with 64 SC.
Once the free year is close to ending contact your reseller or our costumer support department and ask for your key to be downgraded to 32 SC before you renew.
